“Hotel smelled good, clean rooms and common areas. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location. Most comfortable bed and pillows I have had at a hotel in a LONG time, and I travel several times a month.”

“The rooms are clean and updated but are claustrophobic and bathrooms aren’t very ventilated. Only two bath towels provided and when asking for more staff was rude. Grounds definitely need to be updated. Pools and hot tub were a little sketchy. Access to the beach was great Bar staff were very rude. Rolling their eyes at guests when asking for drinks. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again ”

“Booked this place last minute. I had a great stay! The hotel offers excellent amenities — every bathroom was stocked with soap and other essentials. Though, bathroom could’ve been cleaner in my option, water splashes on the floor and a bit dusty. There’s complimentary coffee and tea available 24/7. The entertainment area was spacious, comfortable lounge with plenty of seating and a pool table that brought a fun and relaxed atmosphere. “Perfect location, room was clean staff was great, loved the pool. Only complaint was there was no place to hang my wedding dress. There were no hooks or a small closet to hang it in. ”

“The room is bare bones. There is a kitchenette, with a big refrigerator and microwave, even a dishwasher, but nothing else. You must bring plates, cups, and utensils. Also, this hotel lacks a common area to hang out in, provides an area to eat at in morning hours, but locks the door the rest of the day. The staff was very friendly, especially the staff member that does the breakfast area, always friendly and keeps the area clean and stocked with food. Again, nothing lavish, but your simple basic...

“We had a reservation for an ocean view suite with a kind bed. We received a parking lot/concrete roof view room with queen beds. There was about a $40 a night difference. The night we arrived we were not told this upfront and when we asked about the mix-up, the desk clerk said they gave away that room because we booked third party they don't honor preferences and we were lucky to have a room. Five days later they moved us into a better room with a partial ocean view. We never received the...
